Important Dates

  • Booth Fee Due: April 12, 2020
  • Information Packet will be emailed to vendors May 10, 2020
  • aMuse Art & Craft Fair: May 23 & 24, 2020, 10am-5pm
  • Early Booth Set-Up: May 22, 2pm-4pm
  • Set-Up: May 23, 8am / May 24,, 8am
  • Take-Down: May 246, 5pm-6pm (or one day Sat. vendors at 5pm)

Rules & Regulations

  • Exhibitors must provide their own 10' x 10' tent with 20lbs weights for each leg unless otherwise notified (tents can be rented independently from Grand Event Center)
  • Vendors may not choose or change location of their booth
  • Vendors must check-in by 9am the day of the event and stay for the entirety of the event
  • Vendors must be set up by 10am  each morning
  • Vendors who pay the booth fee after the due date will not be allowed to participate
  • Any staff member has the right to have you remove anything inconsistent with the juried booth as accepted
  • The venue is gated and museum security will be present during the weekend. aMuse is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen artwork- it is highly recommended participants purchase their own insurance. 
  • Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with local and Virginia sales tax requirements. It is the participant’s responsibility to make all appropriate tax payments and filings. Amuse is not responsible for checking or collecting these forms, nor are we able to answer tax related questions.  Virginia Department of Taxation: http://www.tax.virginia.gov
  • Vendors who decide not to participate for any reason will not be refunded application or booth fees
